PhoneSuite’s standard system includes features such as wake-up calls with voice greeting and printed confi rmation, per-room call restrictions, day and night modes with separate console co-ring extension lists, dedicated lines for a restaurant or FAX machine, and many more capabilities.

PhoneSuite’s optional integrated features enhance and streamline your day-to-day operations. Our automated attendant with two-level menus, call accounting with Property Management System (PMS) interface and optional integrated answer detect, and guest voice
mail eliminate the need for third party products, reducing your costs, increasing guest satisfaction, and simplifying your equipment.

Our hospitality console is designed specifically for ease of use and requires little training, yet still offers you all the franchise features needed to run your hotel smoothly and efficiently.

PhoneSuite offers a variety of product solutions and features depending on your hotel size and needs. They are surprisingly affordable and in most cases will operate with your existing
wiring and room telephone sets.

PhoneSuite 64 is ideal for independent or small properties up to 60 rooms and can be sold as
a stand alone system or bundled with our many optional features.

PhoneSuite 112/495 is the perfect solution for economy and limited-service hotels up to 475 rooms. Our solution meets all of your franchise requirements and offers advanced optional features such as T1 digital trunk interface with Direct Inward Dialing (DID), answer detection
for accurate guest billing, extension cloning that enables two lines per room, multi-button feature phones for administrative users, and a full PMS control interface that responds to front desk computer commands.
